1)Many people are educated and have higher qualifications but they still cannot communicate well or negotiate well in the boardroom, teams, or in all their meetings.2)This is book will give guidelines to all the professionals who are failing to win the arguments because they lack new strategies of communication. 3)I have already designed a six months course about Communication Strategy that will be available online to everyone in order to improve their negotiation skills. 4)I have been working as a journalist for more than ten years and now as a researcher and have learned that communication strategy it is important to resolve all the daily challenges.5)I am a scriptwriter, a filmmaker- producer, working on two feature films for cinema and my job requires communication strategies in order to coordinate a large cast and the film crew. I was amongst the first black man to start a research and stoma care management in the health sector, based in South Africa. I have already produced a film that is under post- production and written another book.6)As for me, without communication strategy tactics, my research proposals of more than 80 pages were done at the level of PhD, but I had to pull it off because of communication strategies. I have learned many things during the coordination of personnel with my research team since they all come from different backgrounds and professions. It is not easy to coordinate and manage retired nurses and medical doctors who already believe that they are educated.7)Therefore I have been engaged with the government Ministers, Member of Parliament, Head of the government departments, Chief Directors and member of Parliaments and all that I have noticed is that without communication strategies I could be a failure.
