After a terrible fight with her husband, Jason, Elana and her daughter awaken from a car wreck to a whole new life. Even though their new life appears to be perfect, something isn't right. Jason finds the bodies of his wife and daughter after the wreck but a strong, evil entity won't let them go. Jason must rely on the help of Maw and her granddaughter to help free his family from a malevolent monster. Meanwhile, Elana and her daughter work to untangle the clues to a decades old injustice that needs to be rectified.
