This book is written by George Richards, born in Kingston Jamaica West Indies. I love to create and come up with new ideas for making beverages. I started out as a bartender, however I believe I had more to give back to my country, therefore I went to college and gained a diploma in Instructing. I started working as a trainer from 2001-2014 in the area of Mixology, Dining Room Services and Food Prep. I hope you enjoy the various beverages in the book.
