From the far reaches of space, a mysterious man named Gudama has arrived to alert the people to the depth of their corrupt government's evil intent. Abiding by world and intergalactic law, he spreads his warning via a manuscript. Despite much criticism, a feisty young reporter believes in his message and joins him with the hopes of aiding his cause.
