The International Service Design Institute has assembled a collection of its most requested models, tools and templates from the Service Designer's Handbook Series: The Apprentice (Volume 1); The Journeyman (Volume II); and The Master (Volume III), a foundation for service design. This title is intended for experienced service designers as a practical reference and for problem solving.
The featured techniques include case studies and sequential, step-by-step instruction, clearly described. What's more, the techniques, which have been validated in the field, are adaptable to nearly any situation service designers would face.
