The implementation of the international linkages and partnership revolves in the SEA Teacher Project ( SEAMEO); Student Internship Abroad in Tan Trao University, Cultural Heritage Support of the UNESCO Heritage City of Vigan through the presentation of the technical papers relevant to the cultural heritage and ASEAN Integration. The internationalization efforts of the education program provide the opportunity for research utilization and in sharing the diverse academic experiences of the development partners. The international linkages in the education programs are implemented by the Center for International Studies for the undergraduate programs of the College of Teacher Education reflected on the holistic framework of the university. In the SEA-Teacher sponsored by the SEAMEO was able to strengthen the twinning-agreement for the Student Exchange Program in the basic education of Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
