The transformation of transfusion medicine will enhance the response capacity of the hemotherapist in the effective procurement of blood products to be used or stored for later use, ensuring the satisfaction of the needs required by patients or users of the blood bank. This study will benefit people or users of the blood bank in general, if it is possible to raise awareness of the importance of voluntary blood donation, which is a gesture of solidarity that can help save more than one life in the face of a life-threatening situation such as death. The human being must be aware that donating blood can be essential for the recovery of a person who is seriously ill.
