In order to tell the story of uprising method of Correct Approach to the Spine in Hatha Yoga asana practice (Vadjra yoga) I should only tell the story of my own study of Hatha Yoga. I suppose that Correct Approach to the Spine in asana practice has become the keenest reflection of my present understanding of asana impact mechanisms on human being. Except the physical aspects the book also discloses the theme of internal work in yoga.
