"End of the World House" by Adrienne Celt is a provocative comedic novel about two friends who is caught in a time loop while the world collapses again and again.
 
In Adrienne Celt's "End of the World House" we follow Bertie and Kate who have been each other's best friend since they met in high school. Bertie works for a big Silicon Valley tech firm and have more or less left her cartoonist dream. She is depressed by her job and the fact that Kate has decided to leave San Francisco and move to Los Angeles. Together they travel to Paris to make one final memory together before they are divided.
In Paris they meet a strange man who offers a tour round the Louvre. Suddenly they are caught in a day that keeps repeating itself and Bertie has to confront her past and future to survive in a world that keeps falling apart.
