It definitely took me longer than it should have to realize the difference between pasteurization and sterilization, the need of a still air box, and even the consequences of failing to maintain a sterile environment. But after a decade of mushroom cultivation, through tries and tribulations and lots of blunders, I have finally perfected the technique of converting mycelium into mushrooms and matured into an accomplished mushroom grower.
