The book, (un)Broken, was birthed in a time where the author, Lois Massyn van Heerden, went through a period of excruciating physical pain and felt herself spinning down a black vortex of depression. During this time Lois had an encounter with Jesus Christ which changed her life from the mundane to the marvelous; from the ordinary to the extraordinary; from a "normal" christian who prayed once a day and read her Bible regularly, to a child of God who knows her God intimately and walks with Him daily, from moment to moment.
