I decided to write this book for general posterity and for fun Many of us, especially as we are aging, are given to the sentiments of the pure nostalgia in our hearts and our very senses of the most wonderful time of the year Projecting our memories of a by-gone era is both rewarding and interesting. While this book is about Christmases, this season also prompts the intertwining of lives lived in a set time-frame. So many people can relate, join in with the remembrances of others. It can never be emphasized enough to our youth that there really was a kinder, gentler time during the generation before them. Most of this book is about the late 50's to early years of the 1960's.
