The population was destroyed without discrimination, and thousands died in the first wave. No country was spared. The cities suffered the most; COVID-19 was here to stay. Jacob Walker an isolated sheep farmer residing on the moors, his house metres from a cliff edge. He has listened to strange sounds coming from the sea for as long as he can remember. Occasionally, a misty fog would engulf his farm, encouraging a peculiar sound. Friends suggest only the wind howling through the rocks or perhaps ghosts of spirits dancing on the moor. Others laugh, UFOs! Four years had elapsed since Jacob lost his wife and lived alone, apart from his sheepdog and his ewes. Every night he would stare at the urn on the mantelpiece where Rosalind's ashes resided, praying for the return of his beloved wife. Jacob entered his house after venturing to investigate the eerie sound echoing from the cliff. He was astounded to discover Rosalind's urn missing and mysteriously returned the next day empty!
