The purpose of the book "Shape Up" is to introduce and allow first through fifth grade children and students to recognize their shapes in a fun way. This book will allow practice recognition and will also introduce them the idea that shapes can appear naturally in their home and in the environment. The book "shape up" will extend first through fifth grade children and students learning when they see the pictures of items with different shapes. For example a ball, the full moon, a wall clock, and the lid to a jar are all circles.
