Love from a Distance
There are many forms of love. The main culprits are eros, phileo, and agape love; all deserving of their place in the pantheon of what love actually is. Often overlooked however is romantic love, especially "love" that is felt before a relationship even exists. In "Love from a Distance" Ernest explores this love through a journey of experiencing it in unrelated inspirations as well as acutely in a singular inspiration. Also visited, is the love in a friendship where one is so inspired, so "set my soul afire" by the other that they can't help but wonder if they'd burst into flames and be reborn a Phoenix if the relationship were taken to a higher level. And, although unwritten, all leads to a discovery that the love to give is dependent only on the source within.
