The Loin Connection tells the story of two random ladies, Omolabake and Omorewa, who have gone through two extremely different life experiences and are both on the brink of major life changes. One who grew up in abject poverty suddenly finds herself a single parent and on the run in a strange land from her loveless, abusive marriage. The other comes from a rather opulent and privileged background but has been unlucky in love and has remained unmarried even in her forties. The only thing they appear to have in common is their gender, but their lives are shrouded in secrets that neither of them is aware of. Could there be any more similarities between them? Would they ever find the peace and happy ending they both crave?
