When music and time collide, Vagabond, a group of musicians from the present are thrown into a future where music is regulated and controlled by the government. They ally with Outcast, an underground band; but while recording and working to find a way to send Vagabond home, three members of Outcast are arrested. Vagabond joins the only free musician and a band of underground freedom-fighters to rescue the band and, maybe, help change the future.
